It also looks at how your relationship with food determines how you eat. Then it gives you 15 ways to improve your relationship with food and get you on track to eating in a much more healthy way.

This course will cover many aspects of the science of Meditation. We are going to explain what it is, how it works, the health benefits, both physical and mental, the different types of meditation, how to do it and time commitments. We will also explore the elements of meditation such as preparation, focus, a comfortable seat, time of day, open mind, and the right posture. So as you can see, it is packed with information that can help you decide whether you can make this wonderful experience a part of your health program. The benefits are many.
6 Lessons - Intermediate
In this Your Yoga Handbook course, we are going to learn about many aspects of yoga including what it is and how it works, its benefits for health, different types of yoga, even some history, and more.
13 Lessons - Easy
Your Personal Self-Care Day is about you setting aside a day of the week to dedicate either a few hours or maybe the whole day to things you choose that make you happy, relaxed, and bring joy to your life. Many people chose Sunday because it is typically a more restful day. We will give you guidance in this course on setting it up, some ideas for activities, what might fit you personality type, and some other useful tips.
4 Lessons - Easy
